I wonder if my messed up eating habbits the last few days my body thinks I am starving it and is acting up? that was listed as one... altho I have nuff her to last at least a few months! LOL

Seems a little bizzare for just changing your eating habits a bit unless you are licking a salt block.

Yeah, I thought malnutrition caused swelling of the stomach. Always picture those little children from 3rd world countries.
But my husband is a diabetic and his feet, ankles, and legs are always swollen.

Right... my mom was too and hers were the same.. mine is secluded to absolutely below my ankles.... and its so painful.. oh well we shall see hopefully tomorrow! This is the weirdest thing ever! I have had this happen years ago but it was for a reason.. that cant happen now so I am clueless LOL

Your body does need salt, just in moderation. What most people call salt though your body doesn't need. Table salt is a combination of sodium chloride, sugar, and sand. Any sea salt that is white is refined and has the nutrients taken out of it. There are only about 4 or 5 salts out there that are really good for you. Your salt shouldn't be white. Himalayan Salt is a good one and so is Real Salt. These salts taste saltier and you don't need as much of them. I am not a nurse and don't know if the salt has anything to do with you legs. Just info on salt.
