Don't know, but I do believe that LE was with DT Ministries back in the late 80s or early 90s...

I wouldn't say with him. LE traveled with Dwight Thompson, Rod Parsely, Becky Fender and played bass. Holy Ghost and Fire Crusades I think they called them.
