Meaning they will no longer pay for coffee service for the entire office, or they are forbidding you from drinking coffee in your Cube Cell?!?

I believe it! My dad gave me a $5 gas card the other day that he got for giving blood. I was thrilled. It paid for a few days gas (I don't live very far from where I work) and every little bit does help, especially when you are a single parent.

We get something like $5 or $10 per month for the year. I don't remember exactly. I started my job the end of August last year so mine was very small but I was grateful anyway. If they continue that same thing, I'll get either $60 or $120 the week of Christmas. I'm hoping for the latter, as we found out today that my hubby won't be working for at least a couple of months, due to his car accident.

I get a weeks pay as a bonus + 2 weeks off with pay, I'll tithe on that but not the dept. lunch, company dinner, employee appreciation dinner( unless I win the $500.00 employee of the year prize).

Oh and I did find out that I in fact do not work for the Germans now. The German co is our partner company. The main office of the huge corp that owns us both is headquartered in Paris.

I work for the french.

There isn't a smily expression out of all of them to express my feelings adequately.
