Well GLORY!!! Now THIS is the way the truth needs to be spoken! And this is the truth spoken in love, the kind of love that wants people to know the truth and not burn for all eternity!!

Thank you, Bro. McKee for speaking the TRUTH in LOVE!!

I noticed that, especially right when he said, "Obey or burn in hell forever." Nearly brought me to tears.

I know that you've probably got a more well rounded ministry, one that focuses on the work and Person of Jesus Christ our Savior. I hope that you will agree that "the message articulated and defined by Acts 2:38" includes a powerful testimony of the love of God and His unmerited grace toward all of us sinners.

Simply "obeying Acts 2:38" because you were told "you will go to hell and be lost for eternity" at least appears to remove the Cross from our Christian lives. Even Peter on the Day of Pentecost preached much more than "Acts 2:38."

The Ultimate Proof-text in a non-theological narrative.

And what's with "hardly anyone is going to hell" crowd? Excuse us for believing that those who follow Jesus and believe in Him as the scriptures say are sons of God. But even that hardly includes everyone... or hardly anyone. But I think I'd rather the religious elite scold me and label me this way than to be known as "only a few of us that are extra special will avoid burning in hell."

Narrow is the Way is your championed motto. You should hang it on your walls in banner size. We'll go ahead and hang mottos like "He loves you" and "To all who believe can become the sons of God."

Yes, because only Jesus died for me.
If you want to say "In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost," that's fine.
As long as you know that "the name" is Jesus, then you are on your way to knowing him.

2: Do you believe that the infilling of the Holy Ghost is evidenced only by speaking with other tongues?

It's not the only evidence.

3: Do you believe these things are absolutely necessary in order to be saved and ready for heaven?

Yes.

4: Do you hold as a core value the basics of traditional pentecostal holiness which is: Men: full length pants, shirts with sleeves, short hair, Women: uncut hair, no makeup, no pants, shirts with sleeves?

Yes for the men, because I consider shorts and sleeve-less tops to be worldly.
Yes for the women, because ( in my belief ) cut hair in the sight of God is as though she shaved it.
And wearing make-up can entice men to look at you, which most women wear it because of this.
Look at the reason Jezebel put it on for Jehu. Wearing make-up to me is worldly too. Same goes for sleeve-less shirts.
The rest I left out on men and women are explained in the book.

( I generally would exclude make-up all together, but I know a woman that wears it because of the red-ness of her face. --
You cannot tell that she has any on. I know she's not doing it for someone to look at her. --
If there's nothing wrong with your face, then I would get the impression that you want someone to look at you. )

5: Do you believe a trinitarian will go to heaven?

Let me re-word it:
If they convert to Oneness and Obey Acts 2:38.
( Meaning One numerically. )

You're wasting your time. Opie Deuce had no intention of actually engaging anyone who responded to his post and thread. "Hit and Run." It's so characteristic of those who profess to "walk the old paths" - yet they have spent so much time recently editing Manuals and Articles of Faith to disguise just what those "old paths" really were.

They're delusional. Myopic. They have no real love for the "old paths." They just want their ears tickled with whatever is new and trendy in the Good Ol' Boy Network.

Crackerjack just has a different opinion than you do when it comes to the final outcome of God's justice.

Personally, I tremble too much to think that I could pretend to dictate to the Almighty just how He should dispense of His Own affairs.

Thanks, your response is appropriate.

I have said that I am not so arrogant to think that I could not be wrong.

But, I don't think so.

Lying to people isn't loving them. I would rather have my ears hear "well done" than be scratched.

Perfectly said, Bro. McKee. Perfect. Since when did it become kind to just let people die in their sins? Those are the words I intend on hearing, Well Done!

And yet you engage in just this sort of "ear scratching" yourself. As a pastor, you must have done some study on the issues under discussion here. Salvation by Grace, the Sovereignty of God. Anything ringing a bell for you there?

Since when did your denial of Jesus Christ as both Lord and Savior become a path to "salvation?" Peter denied Jesus and wept. You deny Him and make the cock crowing noise yourself.

You guys ever read the Bible? Go back and engage the preceding posts.
