They might call that projection. If you need help with defining that, just let me know.

Bummer!

In the context in which it was mentioned, we can assume it means nothing more than that for a single, unmarried person who does not believe in premarital sex!

Here's the deal. (And I'm trying to be unbiased. )

I don't think anyone really thinks Rhoni was endorsing premarital sex. Well, maybe a couple of people were making SURE that wasn't what she meant...because for a moment there she made it sound like it was no big deal.

HOWEVER, most reasonable people, when confronted with "Lover? Do you mean it in the most COMMON context? Really?" will respond with something REASONABLE, like, "No, I didn't mean it THAT way, but I probably could have chosen a better word. Sorry about that."

The stubbornness, deliberate obtuseness, and refusal to accept that she led anyone in the wrong direction (purposely or not) is unnecessary, annoying, and really makes people want to press the point--including me.

There you go. That's me, being fair and balanced. (or not)

We don't use a projector. We have a television. Is that what you mean?

Or

A prediction or an estimate of something in the future, based on present data or trends.

I will admit that I read her post, didn't read for a while and then jumped back into the thread, so is she purposefully led anyone a different direction she will have to answer for that herself.
