Re: American Idol
I was on the phone for over an hour voting for Kris. Seems like I wasn't the only one.

Does it cost to vote?

I have unlimited texing so it didn't cost me anything.
I was with a friend last night and told her it was easier to text than call. I asked if she had unlimited texting and she said she did. She ended up texting 300 times. Then....this morning she was talking to her cousin and she freaked out and told her it would cost her. I had to calm her down and show her online that it didn't.
There's the normal texting charge for whatever your plan is - - so if people had limited texting it would cost them the normal charge.

Re: American Idol
WTG Kris Allen! So glad he won. Adam has a good voice and great range ... but he's turned into an all scream and no talent singer compared to Kris Allen who plays multiple instruments and sings.
Congrats Kris!

Re: American Idol
You know ... it's a little irritating to see the headline or read something about "Did Christians Help Kris Win?" Doesn't matter who voted for whom ... what matters is this was about talent, and quite simply Adam vs Kris is a no-brainer. Kris wins in a landslide when comparing talent.
Adam has nothing but range and a scream ... Kris can sing, play the guitar and keyboards and he's able to arrange songs to his style.
If the finale was Adam vs Danny ... that would have to be based on pure vocals because neither play anything. And in that scenario, I believe, Adam should win because he's got the better range and control than Danny. ie Danny's last performance.
Just wanted to rant for a moment about stupid people trying to turn this into a religious debate, when it shouldn't be.

Re: American Idol
I think Christians are going to rise more and more into heights due to the Kingdom of God filling all the earth! The Clarke Brothers won Amercia's Next Great Band, and I rejoice! Those dudes are Oneness and Jesus' name!
Anyone hear anything more about them yet? Have they done an album yet?

We know for sure if Adam had won that the headlines WOULDN'T have read:
"Did Gays Help Adam To Win?"
