Excellent question, Boomm.
Being "Apostolic" (which is a created word in our vocabulary, it's not in the Bible) certainly includes all of the things you mentioned. However, to be truly "Apostolic" one must go well beyond those things.
To be Apostolic means that we don't put unnecessary burdens on people, which are traditions and methods created by a previous heirarchy. (See
Acts 15)
To be Apostolic means to be under the anointing in such a way that people of great influence can tell that, although we're not the most educated folks in the bunch, we have been with Jesus.
To be Apostolic means that we have such Holy Ghost power and anointing that when we pray for people, they are healed, and when we encounter a demon-possessed person, the demons must flee.
To be Apostolic means that we have such power and anointing that entire congregations, along with their pastors (a great number of the priests) are converted.
To be Apostolic means that we reach our entire world with the gospel. The Apostles reached the entire continent of Asia within a space of 3 1/2 years, without the aid of television, automobiles, internet, etc.
To be Apostolic means that even in our diversity we unite, and work to a common goal. No one in the book of Acts that I can find ever tried to keep another preacher out of the city in which they were pastoring! They were happy for the help!
The reason I challenged your statement, Boomm, is that too many people think that being "Apostolic" means just repenting, being baptized in Jesus' name, and receiving the Holy Ghost, and then just sitting on a pew waiting for Jesus to come.
And, in my opinion, it's much, much more than that.
