Tonight I'm either having hubby cook chicken on the grill, or they are getting popcorn chicken. Depends on how much work gets done today, and how tired we all are when it's done.

Well, the three boys are all home from camp in Dallas, and I'm sure they're ready for a home cooked meal, so I think I'm going to fix a huge thing of spaghetti tonight. I need to make some kind of dessert too, but haven't decided what yet.
Camp was AWESOME, by the way! They said the speakers were the best they've ever had. Our kids were so wowed by the presence of God there!

The spaghetti was a big success! We had salad and French bread too. Then I actually cheated and served a Sara Lee cheesecake with blueberries. They are really good though, and quick when you don't have time to bake anything.

I grilled some ribeyes and fixed some Aspargus. The steaks were too large form many sides.
My hubby doesn't care for potates much and that is all he wanted.
I have a Lemon Crunch cake I forgot to cut a slice for us.
Maybe later.

Tonight was leftover night.
I did make a big batch of fresh pesto tonight - that usally lasts about a week.
Then we went toa community ice cream social. I think my wife was a bit embarassed because not only did I know all the Bluegrass Gospel songs the band was playing, I sang with them! LOL!
