Ok Bro. Eply,, here we go... you just wont be fair will you?

Lets try 1960

How much more punishment, and sorer punishment, though worthy, a minister, who has trod the Blood of Jesus Christ under his feet, after receiving the knowledge of the truth, and counted It an unholy thing." Whew.

1961
The storm was on him. He said, "Parson, is it possible for a man like me to be tucked away in that safety, that when death begins to come upon me, that I can enter up to talk to Him like that old saint did?"
I said, "Son, the Blood of Jesus Christ that made her that way can make you that way right now."
I was standing by my automobile. He was a well-dressed boy, cultured, educated. He fell on his knees in the muddy yard and there he found that hiding Place, that Refuge in a time of storm, that Rock in a weary land.
You don't have to be weary as long as you're in the Rock. The Rock is one place that's not weary. The Rock is a satisfying place. You can just set back and look out, just as safe as you can be.

Does this sound like a man who believed salvation came through believing a Prophet?

Of course Bro. Eply even this is not enough I am sure

Oh St. Mark please... please.. please... in all honesty...

Bro. Branham said "when could it happen of course I know not the time, looking at the times and the visions it would be my prediciton, now this is not THUS SAITH THE LORD, this is my own understanding, I couldn't see it going past 1977"

and then he follows it up

"now dont you go tell anyone Bro. Branham said the Lord is coming in 1977, I did not"

Any person that wasnt personally involved as you and I are would read this with a reasonable mind and concur that he admits he is speaking like Paul did many times.. of his own understanding

I never said he did. Although his 'tent vision' that according to him could not fail had not been fulfiled so many of them are yet looking for him to rise from the dead. His fault not Mark's. Branham caused this confusion NOT us.

Re: Is The Serpent Seed Doctine A "Damnable Heresy

Somewhat ironically, I was the one who voted "I'm not sure" to this thread's poll question.
But I almost wish I could change my vote now.

The the more I read of this Serpent Seed doctrine, the more I'm convinced that it is indeed a perverted false doctrine that should be strongly rejected.

Damnable heresy?
Indeed!
