Like i said, until I see proof, I'll go on the assumption that he was made to believe someone was going to call his pastor.
And as an active member during our recent GC conversations, I personally didnt see Thad do or say anything any worse than any other poster...he didnt say anything was gospel, he said he'd heard, or he'd been told...who in their right mind takes that as gospel truth??? Sorry, but much worse has been said about NAMED preachers and officials...it smells like a witch hunt.
There was no witch hunt at all. When the owner heard of AFF being watched he spoke to Thad because he feared that someone would call his Pastor. It was then suspected the owner was saying he would. A total misconception that created an unnecessary scene.
A side question for ya: how is a threat to go to one's pastor such a horrible thing? Now, I have been told that an OP pastor is required for one's salvation, but I assumed that was just the initial "getting save". After that, does an OP pastor actually have the power to kick someone out of the kingdom? To revoke one's salvation? If one is kicked out of a particular OP church, one can always find another one to attend, no? Or is there a black list or something?
Just wondering why Thad might be theoretically shaking in his boots, over this alleged threat. (Yes, The Dean, I know there wasn't one. Just speaking hypothetically.)
