It's funny you say that, I seen this video yesterday. Wait for it...
Im not sure if this is the same exact video I saw, although he says the same things. Sadly this guy is considered to be one of the most "reputable theologians of our time"?? And He thinks its both "normal" and "inevitable" to pray to 3 different God's. I'm going to be honest when I believed in a Trinitarian Godhead, this thought would be totally foreign to me. I wouldve seen that as blatant polytheism, but he doesn't apparently. He says its inevitable though, and correct. I say he may be very sincere, but he is sincerely wrong.
I listened to the video of him and Rick Warren discussing their theology, and I found out they were as lost and confused as anyone I ever witnessed to. Considering who they are, they are more lost in a lot of ways. Because they think the stuff they believe is the truth, and feed it to people buffet style for money. SMH..

I don't agree with everything John Piper says. Really as he is a calvanist I don't agree with alot of things that he says but that book is really really good.

Lol well I was going with the mild answer to let Berkeley answer his own question by answering mine. But your absolutely correct. If he's teaching to pray to 3 different God's just for starters, he's definitely a false teacher. Add on to it the Calvinistic theology and he's leveled up, and his shapeshifting to boot. He even says he can see in the book of Acts when they received the Holy Ghost they spoke in tongues in all the passages we use. But he said since it's only clear in 4 passages it's nothing to build a doctrine off of! Lol
But I will be honest I respect him much more than John MacArthur, but that's not saying much. Because to me, John MacArthur and David Koresh are about neck and neck in my book on their interpretations of understanding the Bible...

Just watch this sometime if you want a good laugh. And when you do remind yourself this is a man some have called one of the greatest theologians of our era. I know we don't believe that, but people do. All I can say is thats a telling statement. When you take what he endorses as doctrine of truth into consideration.
