How do you keep the slobber from hitting your keyboard? You take enough time to take potshots, but don't have the time to expound? Do you lack the testosterone to make this an exchange of ideas? I have no problem exchanging views, but your savant-like posting makes it difficult to find common ground for a starting point.

I didn't vote, standards can easily become a heaven or hell issue, depending on what we are talking about in the way of standards. Its about growth and maturation in our christian walk. The poll is a little tricky, because everyone is at a different level of maturity. Some are on steak, whereas others are still on milk. You cannot give a baby steak, but the Lord knows who needs milk and who needs steak. As far as dress goes, if we become a stumbling block to someone else in the way we dress, then I would say that standards could easily become a heaven or hell issue. We need to ask ourselves the question; will this affect my relationship with God, my family, my co-workers, the potential person that I could witness to. If your dress becomes a stumbling block to someone else, and you know it, then I would definately say its a heaven or hell issue. If how you present yourself is also an attitude of defiance to authority, then it could become a heaven or hell issue. If TV is a negative influence on you and those around you (and you know it) then once again it becomes a heaven or hell issue. I could go on and on, but I've said enough for now.
