I was going to go through the response but I don't believe it's necessary or proper. Things were misunderstood, I understand. That doesn't make what was posted right, especially claiming demonic spirits were released because of her testimony. But I'll leave it alone and move on.
The audio link should be working now.

I'm not being argumentative, just asking... so if a doctor gives that as a diagnosis they are a. following a common trend, b. mistaken, or c. flat out lying?
In other words, you do not believe in chemical imbalance of the brain?

Doctors are always going to side on the side of caution and/ or what they believe. If someone goes to the doctor and has depression and they tell them they just need to work through it and the kill them selves can you imagine the liability that would be on that doctor. It’s a whole lot easier and safer to prescribe a pill and let the pharmacist list the suicidal side affect....So from your above list the closes is B.....
Now I don’t know 100% if there is ever a chemical imbalance. I tend to lean on no and it’s more of life and or spirits. People don’t like to feel pain and sadness and society has given everyone an escape with fulfilling it with a pill and not God. I did not hear what she said in this panel but if she did advocate this she was 100% wrong and is going to have a lot of blood on her and the leaderships hands for not fixing it.

It's supper time here, so I'm going to get back to the first part of you post where you answered my questions later.
As for what you read about the incident, you didn't read enough. The situation has been cleared up, and the first impressions/remarks were not accurate.
My take away from this nonsense is that when dealing with someone's reputation and the absurdity of evil spirits being loosed on the masses, it would be better for us all to have the facts and not speculation.

Sister, I deal with people who have live their entire lives on psychotropic medication. I watched a young boy manipulated by his mother and doctors to go from a healthy boy to a man who is wet brain a ward of the state. Like I said in the depression thread google it. Find anywhere that gives us a number, a percentage of the balance of “serotonin” in the brain. I’ve watched too many parents who confessed to believe in Jesus babeque the brains of their young ones through the power of medicine. One man from a life of medication ended up in suicide. Because some psychotropic medication side effects are suicidal tendencies. I personally believe the patients issues aren’t unbalanced seretonin, but the medication prescribed them.

Re: Bott 2020
I haven't listened to the audio. What the sister did or did not say is really not that important, for us here at the moment.
What IS important is for folks to know there is no such thing as a "chemical imbalance in the brain" unless one is on drugs or booze or experiencing hemorrhage or something. Cruddy moods and depression are not chemical imbalances that are "easily correctable with SSRI drugs". Of course, if your unhappy and you dope up on heroin or cocaine you'll very likely "feel better" but was that a "correction of a chemical imbalance n the brain?" No, it was your brain being flooded with dope, whether it's heroin, xanax, or valium it really doesn't matter.
I am hoping the standing ovation was for her saying she was no longer on medication.
