Nobody but Jesus has the power to cast anyone into hell.
There is, however, a hell, and the Bible makes that plain.
Folks who don't obey the Lord are going there.
As for who is breaking fellowship, who is leaving whom?
I'm still what I always have been; my pastor and my wife's former pastor have both changed and now believe and preach radically different doctrine than they used to...it's pretty much a no-brainer as to who changed and who left.
Nice try.

Right, just like you shouldn't care what other people post on the forum or if they post at all.

I cant swallow prosperity preaching at all ... but in happens in Apostolic churches also ... I've heard it w/ my own ears .....
As for the charge against singers and musicians that leave .... to cash in ... yes there are some that have seeing a broader cash revenue ... but again ... I've seen Apostolics that will hawk their CD's at a prayer service ....
One of the problems that the Apostolic church has had is that some pastors do not:
1. Understand the exorbitant costs it takes to produce a quality CD recording ... it's in the thousands of dollars ....
They then expect this singer or musician to sell their CD' to a small insular market. Some shun those that minister at "non-apostolic" venues ....
2. Then you have pastors who literally don't even see it as a ministry on the par w/ preaching or teaching and so it's marginalized ..... Many pastors till this day think it's crazy to have salaried musicians .... and those that do are often grossly underpaid based on the hours they put in ....
Things we need to consider ...

This is a great post. Finally, DA, I knew you could do it
Although I disagree with the paying musicians...it MUST be a labor of love and a gift that someone returns to God. At the least they can be getting paid, then sacrificing the whole amount of pay back in the form of music ministry offering...
On the other hand, should the musician be able to claim their non-salary as a gift to charity and be able to claim it on income tax at least? I don't know...doesn't sound good after I typed it.
Astoundingly great music is not a prerequisite for a move of the Holy Ghost.

I wonder though if it's ok to watch Methodists...
BTW anyone know if the Jehovahs Witnesses are on TV? I know the Mormons have a satellite broadcast
