We use them one capsule three times a day just like an antibiotic. Taken for 7 days.

This isn't something you can take on a daily basis as a preventive for anything-- it's more of an as needed type herb.

Do your research before you try it, because there are some warnings to consider. (as with any herbal type remedy)
