Amazing! I do not think in my life time I have ever seen anyone affect politics like Governor Palin has. She has really made a connection on a grass roots level that is simply confounding. Wow!

I loved it!
I was reading an article by Thomas Sowell today. He is concerned that the Republicans are not pushing the Freddie and Fannie debacle involving the Democrats. He doesn't understand why they are remaining so silent. He said they deserve to lose because of that.
This quote from him is so true and this is a Black writer!!!

But the country does not deserve to be put in the hands of a glib and cocky know-it-all, who has accomplished absolutely nothing beyond the advancement of his own career with rhetoric, and who has for years allied himself with a succession of people who have openly expressed their hatred of America.

I was also reading some remarks by Jon Voight - the actor - he said that he would never want this country under a man (Obama) that surrounds himself with people full of hate - referring to Wright, etc.
I hope that McCain does get harder Tuesday night. I'm thinking because Palin has been more forceful and they have been on the campaign trail being forceful with that, that he will step up in the next debate. After all, if a woman can do it, why can't he?
It's his turn!!!

It's best for our country to not have another four years of Republican leadership, jmho.

Wanted to make sure it is understood that your figures are for cable. I saw a different reading on Drudge, which was showing the regular networks with less viewers watching Fox. The cable audience drew the most viewers.
ABC drew the largest debate audience with 13.1 million viewers. Among broadcast networks, ABC was followed by NBC (12.8 million), CBS (11.1 million) and Fox (4.5 million).
On cable, Fox News led with 11.1 million -- the most-watched telecast in the network's 12-year history. CNN drew 10.7 million, the channel's third most-watched telecast ever. MSNBC had 4.4 million. In addition, PBS projects 3.5 million viewers watched its coverage.

Since when have you become the expert that knows what is best for our country? I think you'd vote for this dude if he was on death row for murdering children. Oh wait, he does believe in murdering children. He feels they are a punishment for women who can't behave themselves or just want to have fun without taking responsibility.
