One should talk about their pain under the proper conditions and circumstances. One should call into confidence a man/woman of God in whom there is explicit trust that these negative feelings can be laid out and dealt with in prayer, confession and forgiveness.
There is a wrong way to do it. It appears to me from what Coon said that running a web-site for such expressions do little to no good. I suspect that it does far more harm instead.
But, Bro. Keith and Sister Rhoni might be more capabable in this area than I.
So, don't take what I say as a definite item.
Come on, brother. As if accounts of pastoral abuse are never spoken about here freely.............
The difference is, when someone mentions it here, people demand names. Lois will not allow names nor places to be mentioned.

I love you man but you could and I think you would argue with a fence post!
That said, based on the input at at Lois site, Paul and Jesus both would have been vilified and torn to shreds as abusers... especially Paul.. he, from a position of power and authority, publicly exposed Demas to the congregation of believers.. oh my abuse, abuse!
Demas would have been a regular poster at the site if he had lived in the internet generation!
I used to believe (and publicly post) that Lois was evil, and I meant what I said...all because of what I read on her site (NOT even her words, but the words of others) and heard from others.
Then I got to know the real person and found out that her Christianity puts me to shame.
In spite of what many of you think, she doesn't coddle people and encourage them to cry on her shoulder, but instead, she tells them to pick themselves up and move on.
She and I have had many a late night conversation where she's tried getting through to me and hurts I have, not so much by others personally, but in the way I was raised and how I believe God sees me.
