He was making a point about treating the laity and those who minister the word differently. Like the one poster who noted there was a roped off area for preachers to eat at apart from the saints at a campmeeting.

I'll rephrase it:
Let's say that you have a friend who pastors a church. One of the saints in the church he pastored was hurt by his actions. This saint comes to the church you pastor and begin to bitterly describe how this pastor hurt them, even alleging that the pastor was untruthful, and they say some very caustic things against that pastor.
What would you counsel this saint to do?
