I have heard the term Associate used for "co-pastor" situations and it was not meant to be another term for Assistant.

I don't how that relates to the topic. Copastor is a ministerial position, is it not?

Only 5, some say 4, were giving to the church for ministry and none mention copastor.

Consider, first, TS, the definition of "minister."

"Pastor" is plural in Ephesians 4:11; "pastors." There is no reason to think that every NT church had just a single "pastor" in the traditional fashion of our movement. The NT church was intended to be flexible.

What's the matter, is there a "co-pastor" out there who's got your goat?

Am I close by saying there was zero NT churches that had pastors in the traditional fashion of our movement?

Co-pastor is a shared #1 position. Youth pastor, Sunday School pastor, Outreach Pastor are all sub-pastors...

Now, what is required to gain the title, "Reverend?"
