As I recall she is thirty points ahead of Obama, not a Republican.

Right now the Democrat field is very narrow with Hillary running away with the nomination in the Dem polls.

The Republican race has no clear frontrunner so there is much less focus right now.

Once the respective Democrat and Republican nominees are decided is when we will see how each is doing in polling pitted against one another.

I think a Hillary Obama ticket is going to be formiddable because they will appeal to every extreme lib group in the nation. All the liberated left wing lesbian women will be voting for Hillary and Obama will insure a heavy turnout of the already 90+% locked in black vote that the Dems have due to pandering and insuring the welfare reservation continues.

just a slight typo.

CC1, you must be in denial. you know good and well that the only one who even has a chance in hell to beat her is Guiliani and you know it.

BUT!!! He wont win!!! You know why?? the christian based voters are not going to vote for him! most of the major organizations have already made that clear simply because he is pro choice. the christian base made up 40% of Bush's votes. If the christians come up with a party candidate, it's all over and your favorite politician, HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON will be YOUR Next president

I agree that the Republican field this year is problematic. The two guys who probably best represent my views and have a tidy personal ife were Bronwback who just quit and the Gov. of Ark, Huckabee. However both are pretty bland and have not caught on.

Rudy has the best chance of winning some of the northern states that can swing either way but you are correct that he would cause a lot of the evangelical Christian vote to just stay home. They will not vote for Hillary but many won't vote for him due to his position on abortion and homosexaulity.

I really like Fred Thompson but he is not a regular church going man and has a much younger hot wife. Those two things are going to be an obstacle for many conservative Christians who otherwise like him.

I am not as pessimestic as all of you are though regarding the general election because Hillary still has a very high negative in the polls. That is people who say they would never vote for her. Hers is higher than any canidate.

We won't know how well the Republican canidate is going to do against her until we have a Republican canidate and the Repub and Dem start campgaining against each other head to head.

I do find it surprising that so many of you seem to take glee in the idea of Hillary becoming President. It would be a tragedy for any Christian opposing abortion, homosexuality and socialism.

Actually, it is not ridiculous...and have to ask it of every person I come into contact with that supports Hillary Clinton for President. Hillary Clinton's stand on the issues and her plan of action if she was elected as President has communist overtones to them. It is widely known that her views are very much that of a communist...and why some overlook that, I have no idea. Is it because they don't agree with Bush and hate him so much they are looking for another Clinton? As Hillary said in a recent debate...she is not her husband. She has that right...she is worse!

Saying all of that, why do you support Hillary for President?
