Thad, Thad, Thad.......you're so full of DRAMA!!! I have been in Costa Rica for a week; got in late last night. I didn't have a computer down there, so I borrowed one a couple of times to check emails, but I didn't have time to read or respond much.

I have never left over being upset with cons, just to clear that up. I have left twice when I felt like God was telling me to take a break, because I was getting too caught up in the arguing. I have gotten tired in the past of being called "Charismatic" and told that I'm lost, but I have gotten past that, I hope. I know where I stand with God and that's all that matters.

Anyway, I missed the whole drama over Gen. Conference, so I don't even know for sure what passed and what didn't!

Resolution #3 and Resolution #4 both passed. I don't have time to explain them. Leaving for church.

Well, I kind of got that impression, but I don't know what they mean exactly. I'm assuming pastors can now ADVERTISE on TV, but not show their programs???? Maybe I misunderstood that. Also that they still cannot own a TV, right?

I never did really understand what Res. 3 was all about exactly, although I had heard a few things.

Sherri,

Hope you had as wonderful a time in Costa Rica as I had in Cancun. BTW I know what Senor Frog's is now! LOL. I had my picture taken in front of it.

Blessings, Rhoni

Cancun is AWESOME!! I want to go back. When we were there, all the high school & college kids were going to SF's. That's the main reason we stayed away, and then I found out what all went on there. Whew!! Glad we stayed away!!!!

Only if you go to those kinds of places. Our resort was on the quiet end of the island and we were a long way from the party spots. It was gorgeous!

Since it was off-season there were only a few people there. We met a group of three young girls from San Francisco and they were in their mid-20's. We kept an eye on them and mothered them a bit. One was drinking too much and an older man kept egging her on and I told him to get lost - how would he like it if someone encouraged his daughter to drink and get drunk. [This was on a snorkeling trip not in a bar]. I did not go into SF but took a picture in front of it. We went to Captain's cove and they had a live band singing the old 70's & 80's songs. It was really nice.

We went over to one of the expensive hotels and ate and my sisters bought Movado watches [no tax]. I was happy to wear my Brighten watch that I got for my birthday. We stayed at Casa Maya. It was wonderful. I participated in the water aerobics every day at 11 am. I lost a few pounds. It felt invigorating.

The sunrise and sunset over the water was awesome and we could watch from our balcony. My sister Mona and I walked the beach every day. I just love water, beaches, and clouds in the sky...did I ever tell you that I love Florida?

Blessings, Rhoni
