Matt,
I still think you need to consider Neurosurgeon as an occupation. The pay is excellent and you can schedule the amount of hours you want to work.
The work is also a challenge and how many jobs let you bury your failures?

the ministry will miss you terrible. you have been a blessing there. I am sure it is going to be difficult to replace you.
Man, I just cant imagine. Those in the office working without your computer expertise.
