I'm suprised one would leave POA for RP.

They have "music pastor" and stuff already...I wonder if he will be taking one of their positions or is RP developing a new position for him...

I agree with matt that there is a long time professional and friend relationship with PCD....that most likely adds to the draw...

Well it seems kinda of odd that a person would go from being in POA to that sort of church, nothing personal.
