I don't do Tamale (brains and fat) Lungs or Caviar.
I do sort out the antennae, and the swimmer appendages..... tasty!
Of course when I am in Portland, Maine in November, i will have THE REAL THING!
Not that frozen Aussie junk.
My son and daughter work as servers at a famous seafood restaurant on the wharf here in Portland during summer vacation. It's a restaurant on a boat called Dimillos. I don't know if they can get you a discount or not, but I can ask.
I'd love to have you come visit at our church.
Do you attend a UPC fellowship? My pastor is exUPC but remains friendly with a number of the UPC ministers in our state. The DS is a buddy of his from their days at Gateway.

I thought of you Carol when they mentioned Maine.I envy the lobster but not
the winters you described this year.Thats too much snow for me.I love Florida
winters.
Stephen Hoover you are too little to eat that much. There has to be a law
on the books against it.You should have been born cajun then you would
be fat.
I also love lobster! But the claws are good too, not just the tails! My late grandfather was a fisherman and up where my mother's family lived (Prince Edward Island, Canada) they had a factory that took just the tails and gave the claw parts away for free!! Wow!!
Yes they were... too bad i broke all their tails off and ate them! Oh, we aren't talkin lobster anymore?
rg, I trust you made it home safe.
Thanks again for meeting our tribe.
