Repentance is not always from sin. Repentance is a change of mind. The minister might change is approach and realize his comment was out of line.

Some encouragement might have been more ministerial.

Like just wanted to say it was very good to have run into you.

if you ever need a helping hand or someone to talk with.

Here is my card.

We love and miss you...

No it has to be, "Repent"

Exactly. I had won so many sales in business by taking the approach that I stated.

Once I have a customer call me and say the deal was going to another vendor.

You know what I did?

I called and thanked them for their time and appreciated their hardwork.

Told them I would miss the interactions going forward.

you know what the contact told me?

Nate, I want you to hold on... I wan't to conference you in on the phone.

The next voice I heard was the CIO of a fortune 100 company with 4500 locations worldwide.

My contact told me to tell the CIO what I just told him....

You know what the CIO told me??

Nate I told both final partners today that you both lost the deal.

The other partner just got off the phone with us.

They used profanities and told us they would tell other partners to not waste their time with them going foward.

He stated, Nate I am not buying from a Company I am buying from you.

I was awarded and had a contract for 2 million dollars the following day.

Problem being sometimes folks are sore losers...

Gentlemen, we appreciate your posts in general but these statements are questionable at the least.

Please consider that in your posting. This is in no way a rebuke; it's a reminder.

Thanks.

Granted, this approach would have been wiser and doubtless better.

Rumors are that he stole 13 families from a UP church in his area. That does not sit well with me.
I'll be preaching in Visalia in a few weeks... but not at this Church. I'll be preaching in a Pentecostal Church.
