This is what happened. I was at therapy. One of the women on staff was wearing a pair of women’s pants. She wasn’t dressed like a slut. She doesn’t even give off that kind of a vibe. The pants accented every curve.. hips, waist, legs, and her...
There is no way that any cut of pants on her would be modest. I’m out and about, looking around, you know, for research. Women need to wear a skirt or a dress. Some women need to wear a dress- a skirt would not be modest.

Pants are definitely more immodest than dresses or skirts.

Once again depends on what you look for. If you sit and constantly watch a woman on front of you (who is wearing a nice skirt ) repeatedly cross and uncross her legs you will see some immodesty. Now put that same woman in front of you in a pair of OL NAVY capri pants and guess what no immodesty! Im trying to think of a good analogy...….lets see...when I go fishing I can tell you how many fish I caught and the landmarks where I made the best catch but don't ask me how many turtles I seen.....guess what I was not focusing on turtles.

There might be some truth to that.
However, if one is the kind of man who will watch a woman in front of him cross her legs, he'll probably lust after her no matter what she's wearing.
In such a case, the problem is in the man's heart, not in the woman's attire.

This would be very modest and could be done in styles for men and women.

What's funny is that something similar (the men's long coat) was quite popular in 19th century Europe and America...

I wore a long overcoat when I lived in the midwest. Likely still would in the winter if I lived there. Unfortunately, the valley here has no winter and no need of a heavy jacket or coat.
I miss the midwest, with its four separate and distinct seasons.
