Re: To Sleep, To Sleep, Perchance To Dream...
Here's a good way to help your testosterone:
Find a local farmer, and have a chat with him and tell him you are looking to get some hard-work exercise in an outside environment as a volunteer. Ask him if he's got any trees that need pruning, stumps that need to be removed, logs that need chopping, firewood that needs to be piled and stacked, stones from the ground that need to pulled and dumped, fences that need mending, or stalls that need to be mucked.
If he agrees to your help, dedicate at least one day a week to him, and do it for the summer.
You will definitely man up in no time.

Exercise, especially "manly" exercise like weight lifting, boxing, etc. Also, handle weapons. Handling weapons (real weapons) has been to shown to produce a measurable increase in testosterone.
Eat red meat, cut down on the grains and sugars. Limit exposure to plastic food containers (NEVER microwave food in a plastic container!) and avoid soy.
And remember, "as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he". So "quit yourselves like men."

Here's something you men might like:
http://www.man-up-adventures.com/index.php
It's an Apostolic men's ministry that goes around the country camping and hiking and ruffing it in several different locations: forests, mountains, and etc.
I've not been, but my stepdad has gone and so has an elder from our assembly, and they highly recommend it. Check it out:

Great scenery! That would be cool. I have been a hiker and explorer for many years. It is a unique feeling to be in the wilderness. My wife and I have done some nice wilderness camping in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan.
I fulfilled a dream of mine some years back by doing a backpack trip by myself in Red River Gorge Wilderness area here in Ky. It was truly impacting.

We now live about 25 miles from it. Wind and rain almost every day for 3 months has hindered hiking this year!

Re: To Sleep, To Sleep, Perchance To Dream...
Have the brothers suffering from insomnia or general lack of sleep found any improvements and/or success in gaining more and better sleep?
