Allegedly, Trump was in a meeting when he was informed that Rosenstein was releasing a statement announcing the appointment of a Special Counsel.
I would imagine he wasn't very happy.

Sen. Burr - Chair of the Senate Intel Committee just stated that Flynn's lawyer has notified the committee that they will not honor the subpoena for documents relating to his investigation.
I believe this is related to the Special Counsel who was appointed yesterday. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Comey did NOT testify in the Judiciary open hearing either. I don't imagine Mueller will want Comey or Flynn or anyone else working with Congress' investigation. There should only be one investigation with one person running it. Again, it's favorable to Trump not to have Congress involved with this investigation.

How is that? The Special Counsel has requirements to meet in regards to transparency. There will be a full report which will be made public, much like was done at the end of the investigation into Clinton.
The good for Trump part is only because they won't have to deal with responding to leaks to the media. Spicer's job now is much easier, since any question related to the investigation will have to be routed through the Special Counsel.

Mike Cernovich has been talking about Powell for a while. He's accused her of leaking the new report about Trump allegedly calling Comey a "nut job."

Powell is the Deputy National Security Advisor and close to Ivanka, so she's allegedly untouchable.
"Powell is also tight with Valerie Jarrett as is Habermann at the NYT, formerly of Politico."
And she's currently with POTUS on his overseas trip.
