i will personally conduct you through a traffic stop with no license plate and no driver's license, without having to show insurance or registration. but if you are black, i wouldn't recommend it.

I know some Republic of Texas guys who drive with homemade Republic of Texas plates, no inspection or registration, etc. Been doing it for years, in town.
Oh, and they're black.
Oh, and its a rural, mostly white, redneck town.

Thanks for the clarification.
We all have our own "bias".
However, racist is something I have never been accused of in "real" life.
I may be somewhat prone to infer that, as to me it is a "lazy" way to attempt to discredit someone.
