I used to eat it barely cooked, complete with sopping up the juices and blood with a roll. Topped of with a Guiness.

Upon my return to Christ I chose to limit that back to medium rare.

Bloody, I believe, is pushing it, if you know what the Word says, but a bit of pink is harmless.

When it comes to meats, to be technically correct, it must be bled Kosher style, by a rabbi who knows how to bleed it properly.
