Re: FBI Director Comey 11 AM (ET) News Conference
Comey's emphasis at the beginning of the presser on "knowingly," "willful intent" etc was a clear signal no charges would be happening.

I wouldn't say he's the only candidate who would key on the "carelessness" issue, though you're spot on about Kasich.
Her carelessness IS an issue. A major issue. Not only did Comey state she was careless, but that her State Dept is also the most careless government agency with regards to security. Is this who people really want as POTUS?

This. Is mind-numbingly ridiculous:
"Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."
The FBI, ladies and gents.

Re: FBI Director Comey 11 AM (ET) News Conference
Shapiro: 18 USC 793. Yet no prosecution. There is no legal justification for Comey's recommendation.
18 USC 793: "(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing...relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody....shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

In the end, those who planned on voting her still will and those who didn't plan on voting for her still won't. Nothing has changed. But the 20% undecided, yeah, they might be affected.

True. Also, it's not like this was a surprise. Though for a moment, I had a bit of hope when Comey rattled off all the secret, top secret and ultra super secret emails she mishandled. But he kept emphasizing on "knowingly" and "willful intent" -- neither of which, btw, are required by the law.

This kind of stuff does not even phase me any more. We are way past the point we can keep our country without a literal revolution.

When he is angry he publishes Lindsey Graham's telephone number. You want that person in the WH? You want this man with a nuclear code?
Trump's behind the scenes henchman (Roger Stone) threatening delegates and saying that he didn't like how CNN has covered Trump and their license should be revoked?
They are OPENLY showing you how they would govern - as authoritarians.
What's the difference? LOL!

You're smarter than this PO. It amazes me how you go from rational to unhinged when the candidate of your choice fails to win. You'd rather have HC and the liberals in charge? At least DT will have the conservatives in Congress to answer to.
A DT presidency will be a far cry better than HC.

I remember when Republicans said, "obama will be held in check by the GOP in Congress."
That worked out well...
The majority of GOP in Congress are spineless and will fold for Trump as they have obama.
