Regardless of her actions, she shouldn't have been sprayed. The guy had it ready. He was itching to use it, and I hope he was arrested and charged for assault for his actions. He wasn't threatened.

Had the old perv sprayed her after being slapped, I could understand a claim of self defense.

Again, it's her claim. Just because video didn't capture it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Henceforth I lose any respect I had for you since you believe it's okay for a woman to be sprayed by a guy who wasn't attacked or threatened.

However, the modern climate of "never hit a woman, even if she hits you" is sort of ironic to me.
It is slightly crazy for a woman to attack a man, then scream about abuse when he defends himself.
But that is modern society and I guess you would agree.

She was totally out of control.
Also, it was obvious to me (and evidently to the police) that no assualt occured.
But you want to believe he is guilty until proven innocent, I guess!
She has also been turned over to the juvenile authorities, last I saw.

The man who sprayed her wasn't attacked. He assaulted her unprovoked.
