Like all relationships, one comes to continue to know the Father and the Son as intimacy and time is given to the developing of the relationship. As such is given, more information and understanding is achieved.
And considering the infinite vastness and immensibility of the Father, it's no wonder He sent the Son to reveal Him. Jesus perfectly reveals all that we need to know about this otherwise "unknowable" God.
When we've seen Jesus, we've seen the Father, and if we know Jesus, we know the Father also.
If we believe in God, let us also believe in Jesus.
We're in a good place. The more we get to know Jesus, the more the Father is automatically revealed to us, since Jesus is the brightness of the Father's glory and the express image of His person.
