Jf - Not up to your usual standards, a total "non-sequitur".
Justice demands that there is "proof", (or at least a credible accusation), of wrong-doing before charges are made by a governmental agency.
In almost all issues involving possible wrong-doing by this administration, Congress has had an incredibly hard time obtaining any cooperation from them or from those working for them.
Congress has limited powers to try and find "proof", which is needed before proceeding to the next step.

This is what is so hypocritical about the left's denunciation of Nixon. Hey, at least he handed over the tapes! Do you think Bill, Hillary or BHO would have? Heck NO!! They all would have destroyed those tapes, or switched them out with blank ones claiming the recorder must have malfunctioned. All the while Ifrog and Shirley FMC would have been denouncing the "GOP witch hunt".

No one is accusing of a cover up. The evidence is overwhelming there was a massive conflict of interest---EVEN THE LIBERAL NEW YORK TIMES, WASHINGTON POST, MSNBC, CNN, ET AL said as much.

You all bellyached about Halliburton because they got contracts in Iraq because Cheney had been a FORMER VP. Hillary was an ACTING SECRETARY OF STATE and people were making donations to their charity all the while trying to get State Dept approval in various situations---and Bill's speaking fees increased exponentially---money that went into their own pockets. They personally made $130 million while she was S of S.

Funny how if a liberal is becomes filthy rich it's not an issue how they became rich. But obviously any conservative who is rich does it off the backs of the poor and disadvantaged.

Do you know how much the Clinton Foundation uses for charitable purposes? 15%. That's right. 15 cents of every dollar donated to the CF actually benefits the poor and underprivileged.

But that okay because it's the Clintons. The hypocrisy is so blatant, but the sycophants will never believe the facts and/or appearances.
