Injuries which may have existed BEFORE he was arrested.

Look, if the cops gave him a "rough ride" and caused his injuries, I hope it's revealed and they're charged for it.

But if this dude had multiple surgeries on his spine, including one a week earlier, I hope that's reported as well. And I hope the people accusing the cops without any evidence do the right thing and admit they were wrong for prejudging the cops.

There is visual evidence of him in cuffs and being lead away. There is also visual evidence of them folding him up like a pretzel and putting their knee and body weight on his neck. After he goes limp and they have to carry him into the paddywagon. The little evidence that we have points to excessive force.

No one is saying that they know for a fact who is innocent or guilty. I don't know why some of the posts seem so angry. We should be entitled to our opinions without being called ignorant or a jerk, etc. Racism is evil but the more we try to regulate equality the more we seem to just be messing things up. The only answer to all of these controversial issues is Jesus. Protesters should spend more time praying and studying the word of God and see how that works for them. God seen the oppression of his people in Egypt and He sent their deliverance.

I was only pointing out that when we ultimately find out what he was charged with, it will most likely be something he's done previously. I never hinted the man deserved to die and I publicly rebuke you for implying that i did.
