How about we both start separate threads and we post the ugly racist remarks we find along with the identities of the speaker, and approximate dates that the remarks were made.
You hunt for racist Democrat statements and I for racist Republican statements.
My thread will be longer than yours by a mile! I will have many more quotes because every couple of months, it comes out that a Republican somewhere has said or done something racist.

 Thank you! See, that wasn't too hard.
All I'm asking is for you, and anyone else, to understand that there are knuckleheads on both sides of the aisle who say incredibly awful, and racist, things. Now are they truly racist? I doubt it. The lowly state rep you based this thread on has given examples of support and help in the community which wouldn't have been done were he truly racist. I don't even believe the Clinton's, bumbling Biden or Reid are racists at heart.
Like I said before, I know the partisan game you're playing. You like digging up anything bad on Republicans, mostly racial stuff. You have yet to prove it's systemic within the high ranks of the Republican Party, who btw, had an African American as its top officer a few years ago.

Yeah like the janitor, of some city council member, who votes Republican posted a scandalous comment on FB or in the comment section of a news story. Or probably some other state or local Republican who says something stupid or sends an email with a racist obama joke.

funny thing about people, most of whom are moderate, for the most part, i think--moderates always judge the other side in a matter by the headlines of their radicals. And find moderate quotes from their side to defend. A disconnect, iow. i do it, too!
