ALJC and UPCI .... WHAT in the WORLD ?

I find it very interesting that this post has gone two pages and no one has a clue what the thread is about. I say, that if the person in question is found in "sin", then should not our love cover the multitude of sins and let us restore such a one if he or she is repented? Again, I cannot say either way or at what point he/she is at because none of us have a clue. Thank you, and blessings. I am leaving this post to bring to everyone's memory the words of our Lord, "he who is without sin, cast the first stone."
