That is NOT early in the South!!! The city shuts down at 8:00p.m.!! LOL!!!! Happy Hour at 3....Cocktails at 4.....Dinner at 5.....Dessert at 6:30p.m......The dolly comes to get you at 7 and takes you to Renda's to spend the night.

Nah, that's my town. They roll the sidewalks up by 8:00. Memphis is hopping until at least 10:00.....
