Camping anywhere sounds good to me as I have been on for three twelves and only get one night off before doing three more.I really want to run away..seriously I have all the people contact I need.It proves what you
are made of though.Lately I realize I am made of mud.Help me Jesus!

1.I loved John A's pictures.

2.Thad I have always wanted to visit Northern Cal.My husbands from San Diego. His step mom still lives in Encinidas.Once I woke up early in the am
and the name of the street his dad lived on came to mind.We called and found out he was going to have his leg amputated.God is good.We were able to spend precious time with him before he left the world.

3.Sister Marge I have never heard of that ministry. Our church does preach here and last year about 90 something ladies received the Holy Ghost and I don't know how many men. They just had a big revival break out at one of the
prisons the men go to and baptised several people. The chaplain wanted to shut down the meeting as men were crying and praying and speaking in tongues and calling on God.They never saw anything like it out there. Is awesome.

OK, I don't understand the fascination with camping. If I take a few days off, I want to be PAMPERED at the Westin, Marriott, or some such place. I don't want to have to sleep in a sleeping bag, fix my own food, etc. I like someone ELSE to take care of me on vacation. Ok, call me spoiled. Now, on a missions trip, I'm totally different, but that's not vacation time. Sorry, but I didn't grow up in a camping family, and I just don't get it. However, I honor those of you who like it; you are braver than me.

Sister Sherri
Its the love of freedom. The outdoors gives a sense of freedom that the spa never will.I love the spa etc but being in a canoe going down the beautiful sandy bottom river with my cold root beer is awesome. It is a great time for those long conversations.Sitting around the campfire playing guitar and
laughing is a very bonding time.Watching the sunset from a mountain top
or hiking when the mist is still on the mountains is unique.I cannot explain it
but it brings me closer to God.Its not about stress and mosquitos but about
nature and stress release.I think something inside of us longs for the Garden.
I don't know but something in me sure does.Tommorrow morning we are off to the river to look for a new campsite.God still paints sunsets.

Wow, you made that sound really awesome. Maybe I should try it sometime. I've actually never camped in my life, other than one night in third grade Girl Scouts.

Wow Brother Randy those were awesome.

Sister Sherri its really fun.Today we brought our daughter down to the sandy bottom river bed to swim.We also found a place on the river where we can set up tent and go cayaking next weekend. This part of Florida has nice rivers and state parks.Sometimes the youth groups though will pack up and go camping in the Smokies.(yeah they have bears.I have seen them but so far only small black bears.)I avoid the bears. They are after the berries.Today
just hiking along the trail I saw blueberry bushes and alot of blackberry
brambles.It was a gorgeous day.

All the good sites are pretty much reserved out to the end of summer. There is a little know campground in Western Massachussetts that is usually open, that is because at that time of year everyone wants to be on Cape Cod. No use for that myself.
