Re: Bro. Stoneking - Live 6/23/12
Itinerant preachers have to produce or they can't make a living. LS was very influential in my formative years. In many ways I feel he was different then. He's changed. Started back in the late 80s. First heard the beginnings of the HMH sermon then. I had never had issues with his preaching until then. After that it's never been the same for me.

First time I heard him was 1990 and I was underwhelmed although the crowd at BOTT ate it up.

Re: Bro. Stoneking - Live 6/23/12
Maybe LS needs prayer himself, and not the HMH kind.

Fall down flat and "sunk into the ground" are not the same things

- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I didn't see LS's name on any of the archives from today but maybe he spoke tonight and it is not archived yet.

Dr. Hughes is there as well, he did the day breakout sessions.
The guy you're talking about is Rashidi Collins. Some east coast preacher guy. He preached the NAYC2011 with Bro. Jimmy Toney last year. That's about all I know of him. Not a fan of his style.
Here's the link for the LS one from earlier this evening.

Oh boy.... " Dare I watch it?" is the question I am asking myself at this very moment. (It's too hot outside to do any yard work yet for at least 6-7 hours.)
I find watching LS to be like a painful sore inside your mouth. You just can't help but to keep touching it with your tongue even thought you know it is going to hurt.

Over half way through it now.
Watching a bunch of men performing the mating dance routine at the alter area while he shouts out a few catch versus.

Thanks Bro. Joe, I started watching it but don't have time to finish now. Hopefully they will keep it up and I can finish later.
The beginning was multiple stories about people who insulted God then died horrible deaths. Of course I am sure there are a few million more low lifes every day who curse God and do the same who won't get their comeuppance until judgement day! Of course these stories are red meat for most old time Pentecostal crowds.
