Help Lord the end cut why don't you just eat a shoe sole and save the money. That medium rare prime rib with the juices flowing WOW at Lawrys.
I have eaten with folks who ordered the end cut I felt for them.

There is NO chance of conversion you cannot imagine nor count the steaks I have sent back I am paying for it and they are going to give me a burn offering and call it a steak. My wife makes a prime rib that is TOP KNOTCH. She cuts the end off for her. The rest of us get the good part.
