I am tired of pronouncements of a myriad of instantaneous "healings" while my two quadriplegic friends are conveniently passed over in favor of those with sore muscles and practice of psychosomatic medicine on others. Since proclamation of deliverance is a core tenant of the "healing" event, the actual proclamation or claim of healing often does not resemble reality.
I do not believe this is what Jesus practiced in the Gospels, nor what occurred with the Apostles in the book of Acts.

Like i said..Bro Arcovio has some great books on fasting, prayer, and humility. However, i have a problem with someone who is constantly referring to themselves as a "Prophet to the nations". Many things he has said in his "Words to the church" and predictions has not bore witness with my Spirit. Seems like he had a good start. I would recomment his book entitled "The Way of the Eagle" to anyone. Last time i read "Discerning the Sprits of this Endtime Apostolic Age" i enjoyed it and gleaned from it as well. I don't know what i would think of it now if i read it. I remember a couple years ago i watched this video i thought it was great! Now when i watch it it just doesn't seem right at all. Seems like showmanship. I hope the girl was healed and if she was...Praise God! I would never want to blaspheme the Holy Ghost.

I'm thankful for God doing anything for anybody anywhere.

Re: Is this Apostolic?
I'm always very weary of the "I see something in my spirit prophets". They absolutely infest PAW these days and to be totally honest I stay away from it. I don't know how UPCI is but people who go around saying things like "God is going to elevate you on your job and your going to do great things" and then call themselves "prophets" definitely turn me off. This was foreign to the Holiness church (speaking mostly to PAW, idk how long this has been going on in UPCI) a decade ago. Now it's all over PAW. I mean most people even in this economy have jobs, most people want a raise. So to just randomly say you are going to be elevated on your job really isn't good enough. I guess if it happens that's awesome, but beware of these "vague" prophecies. In the scripture I'm pretty sure if God told Elijah about your job he'd be able to tell you the company, location of the firm, the city where the headquarters are at, your supervisors name, your supervisors children's names, (lol not seriously, just saying it'd be a little bit more specific).

Welcome to my view of the whole (usual) fiasco known as the Word of Knowledge. God, being all-knowing, is probably able to give a few more specifics when revealing info on someones life -IF it is really God talking.

There's no way to know from a YouTube video what, if anything, happened medically here. Ironically, I can't make out most of the audio due to my own impaired hearing. If the young lady reports that she's doing or feeling better, then that's great - Johnny ("I'm-Not-Throw'in-Out-These-Shoes") A. did his job.
For me, it's enough that he's preaching without a tie on. That's Apostolic!

When one is paying the bills without a lot of tithe income, one might be tempted to go "The Faith Route" and be a "Prophet to the Nations."

Ain't seen nor talked to the guy in about 17 years or so.
