communion, fellowship with him.... also to ask and permit him to be involved in every aspect of my life, my kids, family and friends. I personally don't believe he gets involved until we ask.. make the petition known.

It is for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done, and all the elements in our lives that must align into that being dealt with as the Lord's prayer displays. This is why the Lord's prayer begins and ends with KINGDOM references, sandwiching the rest.
