One of the stupidest notions in recent time is "carbon trading" and offset trading. Totally dealing with imaginary products.

Now Coadie, I don't understand this language either. Does naked shorts mean he wasn't wearing any? Just wonderin' Now I have always found that creeping shorts were the bigger problem!
