I agree with parts of the list. Of course there are alot of things mixed in that are senseless, even from a conservative UPC/OP perspective.
For example: Many UCs do not believe alcohol is sin, and even use it for communion.

I don't do My Space.
I guess he's been looking at my Facebook pictures.
I have a picture of me on there sitting on a mechanical horse at Renfro Valley, KY and I was wearing shorts.
And some of my family members on there would be immodesty dressed according to him, and some have tattoos, and some may have a beer in their hand, and their hair might not fit his standards, but they are good kids and some of them are Christians.

The thing is that "convictions" have become a list of things pastor preaches and we as the saints are expected to follow and have stopped being things that the HolyGhost teaches and guides us in.So as far as me lining up with all the rules and regs yeah sometimes there is some disconfort on my part cause I know what is going through some peoples heads."You poor lost soul...you are wearing short sleeves and you havent shaved in a week you're gonna bust hell wide open." And no...I dont encounter this attitude in my local assembly...but I travel quite a bit.No I dont do everything perfect...there are many things I fail at and I know that my relationship with God could always use some inprovement on my end...but one thing I DONT do anymore is make snap judgements about someones spiritual condition by giving them a quick once over and by mentally quantifying their standards or lack of them.Not everyone that has left the "collective" is walking around like they have it all together...I know I dont.
