I love your little story, but there is not much truth, the story should have been with the man in the boat with a bow and arrow, always shooting at the balloon trying to destroy the democrat, because generally the republicans in office don't care for people that are in need. The one in the hot air balloon should have never asked a republican for directions, because everything that seems to come out of their mouth is a lie, now I am talking about the elected officials, not the ones that voted for them, they did not know any better, because they only listen to a drug addict like Rush or Fox news. The man in the boat, should realize that it is their fault for getting our country in the mess it is in. For 8 long years Bush destroyed America in every way, and somehow the republicans think that our President is a miracle worker and he can straighten it out in less than two years.

There is one more idea here, we are not in the same position as we were in two years ago, we are coming up out of the mess, even if it has been a fight. Just wait until the T-pot gets started up in January, then it will be interesting to see the three way fight.....very interesting.

That large sucking sound of jobs leaving the country, was the 8 years of Bush. Why do republicans blame jobs leaving on our President? The democrats wanted to stop the outsourcing of jobs that has been going on for 8 years of the Bush destruction, but as usual the republicans stopped that Bill (H.R.5622), that is all over the news stations, wake up and see what your party is doing to destroy America.

By the way tell sandie if she is talking to me, I can't hear her, she is on my ignore list.

I think it's very interesting when people come to a forum and then put people who disagree with them on ignore.
It certainly isn't any sweat off my brow...there's plenty of good solid, Christian conservatives on here who can take apart any liberal argument far better than I can.

Reading the opposing viewpoint can serve good purposes.

Sandie, I just tried it out to see how that ignore thing worked, I took you off, I am interested in what you have to say, and I do love a good debate, but not an argument as you stated above. I heard a saying, that if we disagree, let's disagree agreeably. It seems that you really get worked up over the issues. It seemed by your typing that you were getting an attitude, and not a pleasant one.

As you stated.....Reading the opposing viewpoint can serve good purposes.
A person may actually learn something new and then there's that "iron sharpens iron" idea God has. ...... you should take your own advice.

Of course, I'd be interested in having a civil debate.
I guess having one of your first posts (see above) being in the "attack mode" set the tone for how I responded.
So, guess we'll see how things go with me "taking my own advice" as you have adviced.

1 Under Bush we had a large growth in jobs. Millions. In a tight market after 52 consecutive monts of job growth, jobs go over seas because we lack skilled workers.

2 With Obama and 16% unemployment, why are we choking companies and forcing the to move jobs over seas when we have workers?

a..Threatening and choking banks cause fear and extremely strict and rare lending

b Obama and obamacare plans on taxing and punishing companies.

c Housing starts are now extremely low because the lending markets are choked

d Car sales are down from 16 million a year to 11 million

e energy wholesale costs have doubled since Obama came in

f Obama is taking over the food industry with rules, mandates, laws, restrictions

g Obama energy and federal intervention is driving up food costs.
