Well,...I suppose one could be allowed to file them down (like the fingernails....)
BUT NO CUTTING!!!
(but of course,..there are the very strict standards folks who don't believe in filing of the fingernails or toenails either). The footwear is extra-long combat boots for the ladies.

I've been known to bite my nails..........it's a nervous habit and often done without conscious knowledge.

If the budget allowed I'd get a manicure ..........and a pedi on a regular schedule instead of the rare treat.
