CS, give it a chance and I'm sure you will find you like it over here on this side of "old". Those kids would wear you out after a little while. Us old folks are too tired to wear anyone out.

I didn't even know my wife had started this thread until Kansas Preacher told me.

I appreciate the opportunity to have served the youth of my district, though I have never felt that youth ministry was my strong point. I really just felt that I was sort of an interim YP doing my best until someone really gifted in that area came along.

I do appreciate the conficence of my brethren in allowing me to serve in this capacity.

I don't really think I did all that great a job, but hopefully our new youth president can take it and run with it.
