Yes, I would agree that's a true call of God. I can't imagine how difficult that would be emotionally and physically to do such a thing.

Great is his reward in heaven, IMO.

been thinking a lot lately about being "real" and being used by God to serve.

Nate Saint was one of those 5 martyred in January 1956.
Another was Jim Elliot, known for a journal entry he had made on October 28, 1949 which says "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose."

These sites do not reflect the change in pastors coming soon.

Why is a pastoral change news...and secretive?

Good question. A pastor moving from Omaha, to replace one in Richmond, IN, who is replacing one in Garland (a considerably larger church), and Paul Harvey is reporting this about a TX church.

"Reliable sources are reporting an "emergency meeting" at St. Louis headquarters which required the presence of a non-district official observer. The observer is the son of an iconic figure in Houston.

Traditionally, when such an observer is called it means the matter may have serious legal ramifications.

Speculation and conjecture are not limited to a morality issue and even a second Borat incident."
