Absolutely not! I'm a former UPCer myself. Steve Munsey has drawn a comparison to the amount of money one gives to whether or not that person will receive healing, on numerous occasions. He once said that "inclement weather is a sign God is answering prayer." He said, "Today as I was flying into Atlanta, the rain was pouring and I saw cancers falling off of people as they called in, people jumping out of their wheelchairs....." There seems to be no end to the inflammatory things he says.

With respects to the ministry....isn't that just flat out trying to increase faith? I actually saw the part you quoted. He said that in scripture water is a type of the HG and the HG is a healer. I do agree that saying the amount of money one gives can control the amount of healing they can receive is weird.

Steve Munsey in an incredibly creative thinker and entertaining speaker. You have to give him credit for thinking outside the box! He's not afraid to tackle new outrageous ideas.
That being said, I could never sit under him as pastor. I would soon tire of his continual antics.
I see him as the antithesis of the AMC group. Both are extremes of the Apostolic movement. I guess I'm more of a moderate!
